Kadien Vance did it to Wyoming East again.

Westside’s junior quarterback rushed for 115 yards and three touchdowns and threw for 128 and another (to Coltin Lester) in the Warriors emphatic 60-6 win against its Wyoming County rival.

It was the most points Westside had scored in the Golden Shovel gamed the most points the Renegades have scored in a game since it had 62 against River View is 2017.

Vance did it all bit coach Justin Cogar said it was more than just the statistical numbers.

“I thought he did a good job of controlling the game for us offensively, especially in the second half once we got settled in,” Cogar said. “He’s making good decisions in the passing game and has really good vision as a runner.”

After trailing 7-6 at the half, Westside outscored Wyoming East 54-0 in the second half. The Renegades recovered a pair of fumbles for touchdowns (Parker Lambert and Ethan Walls) and Brody Cline (carries, 86 yards) had a pair of rushing touchdowns.
