Greenbrier East volleyball has added a former Spartans standout to the coaching staff, head coach Matt Sauvage announced Friday.
Abbey Anderson, a recent graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College, has joined the staff and will be teaching at Lewisburg Elementary School.
“Abbey is an alumni of Greenbrier East and Greenbrier East volleyball,” Sauvage said. “We are so excited to bring Abbey on board with us. She is a high character young lady that will bring knowledge and excitement to our program.”
While at Greenbrier East, Anderson, was a first-team all-state libero.
